According to the California-based Grand View Research, the global business process outsourcing (BPO) market was valued at $245.91 billion in 2021, and is projected to reach $435.89 billion by 2028.
Ghana is one of the top-performing African economies in the World Bank's ease of doing business index. Management consulting firm AT Kearney (Chicago) recently ranked Ghana among the most competitive outsourcing destinations in the world. Well ahead of its African neighbors, including Nigeria and South Africa, Ghana's economy is projected to grow at 3.4%–5.0% in 2023-2028.
